Biotap earplugs made from moulded silicone reduce noise by up to 24 dB and help protect against water. They are reusable as long as they are kept clean and in good condition.
To use, roll them into a cylinder without creasing them, then insert them into the ear with the rounded end first. Keep them in place for 15–20 seconds until they have fully unrolled. Wash your hands carefully before inserting the earplugs. Store them in a cool, dry place and replace them if they become dirty or damaged. Do not push them deep into the ear. If you have a perforated or infected eardrum, consult a doctor before use.
