Usage Instructions:

• Wash your hands carefully before applying the earplugs.
• Press the earplug between your thumb and forefinger.
• Roll and compress it cylindrically without wrinkling it.
• Pull the ear upward and outward and quickly place the earplug into the ear canal.
• Hold it in the ear for 15-20 seconds until it fully unrolls.

Storage:

• Earplugs can be reused if kept clean.
• Use the plastic case to keep the earplugs fresh and dry.
• Replace the earplugs if they are damaged or dirty.

Caution:

• Consult a doctor before use if there is a perforation or infection of the eardrum.
