After years of struggling, I can say that it is the only thing that relieves you without hurting you! This and the mouthwash from the same company, the canker sore will run its course no matter what you do, but this is the only thing you can apply without pain and it relieves you! However, it is expensive! Be careful not to use the spray because it comes out with force and hurts, it would be best if they had a brush so you could apply the right amount directly to the wound

If you want to be inconvenienced and throw away your money, I highly recommend it, not to mention the laughable quantity-to-price ratio as this particular product finished in two days since a part of the packaging was air. Stay away!!!!!!

I bought it the first day I realized I was going to have a cold sore. Personally, it didn't help me at all. Today is the 5th day and I have applied the product more than 4 times (the instructions state that you can apply it more than 3-4 times if necessary) and the cold sore is very deep and swollen. I don't get small cold sores, I get big ones that are so deep that my tongue gets irritated. However, I tried the product on the first day when I just felt a slight tingling and it hadn't formed/grown yet. If you have a serious problem with cold sores, just accept that they have to run their course because nothing helps them.

It is quite effective and reduces frizz, it's just not practical in application as it does not have a brush, resulting in using more product and making it difficult to reach the desired point.

It took a few extra days, but it did the job. Also, it does not affect high blood pressure for someone who has an issue.
