I was recommended it for my voice. As a professional singer, I can't say it helped me particularly during difficult times. I feel like it's just water with various herbs, which simply stays in the mouth or ends up in your stomach, and in general, I can't understand how a spray from the mouth can reach the larynx where the desired effect is for me.
