    This is a very good highlighting pencil for any part of the face, I would say. I, myself, use it not only on the waterline of the eyes but also in the inner corner, around the eyebrows, and on the lower part of the lips. It gives a nice, luminous (without shine, just giving intensity) result, it is very soft, long-lasting, and blends easily if you want to mix it with other products.
