It takes a lot of research to find out which supplement and in what quantity/ratio a vitamin can help us! (That was my first thought after reading the comments and I wanted to mention it, always respecting any opposing opinion!!)
YES it smells bad, so much so that when I opened the box I thought they had sent me a spoiled product!! Then I asked a couple of pharmacist friends, I did some reading and I understood that this is normal! Also YES, urine turns yellow but from what I have read, this happens because vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is water-soluble and the body expels the amount it cannot absorb through urine. For my body's needs, one pill in the morning (for now) is enough for me. The feeling of unexplained fatigue has decreased and is tending to disappear. I feel that it generally helps me because I see that some other annoying symptoms have also subsided!
