Assassin's Creed in WWII or when Rebellion outshines Ubisoft!! That's right, boys and girls, over at Ubisoft, the stealth games set in World War II, where you're still stuck in the Middle Ages and prehistory and lost the plot. Let's not even talk about the Copper Age, let alone the Neolithic. You gave us a taste of it in Unity, but that was your limit! Where should I start? The stealth gameplay where even the shadow of trees plays a role in how visible you are?! The elements borrowed from AC and seamlessly integrated into the game (bushes, whistling, rocks, hiding bodies, etc.)?! The customization of weapons, where the challenges are simple and you can unlock all the rest with top-notch weapons in the first level?! The relocation feature, which in the third game, as I mentioned in my review of the second, was exaggerated, but here it's... a delight. You don't have to run 20-30 meters away to lose them, I might as well go to the next mountain. And I'm still on the fourth level, I don't know what else I'll encounter in the next levels, but I haven't felt this satisfied with a game since Horizon Zero Dawn. I don't care about frames, if it runs in 4K or whatever else "distracts" or "diminishes" the real magic of a video game, what interests me in a game is the immediacy and the connection with the character I control. Do that and let me do it the way I want, not as the game suggests, that's why I mentioned HZD. Amazing games. And to conclude my evaluation of SE4, it's a game that has followed a qualitative and upward trajectory from 2 to 4, each new one better than the last, especially for those of us who played triangular Lara and saw how the franchise turned out on the PS1 and 2, or how AC is going... each new one worse than the last. Let's face it, we won't relive the days of Ezio, even Connor. Someone mentioned that the game has 4 levels, but it actually has 10 levels, where did they see the 4?! And at the price that the PS Store had for the Digital Deluxe Edition, €19.99 (from €99.99), with extra weapons, the Mosin is good, very good, but if you don't try the Delisle Carbine, you won't know what 100% game stealth means, with skins and 4 extra levels, basically all the DLC... A SIN...
Το Assassin's Creed in WWII ή όταν η Rebellion βάζει τα γυαλιά στην Ubisoft!! Έτσι γίνονται αγορίνες/κοριτσάρες μου, εκεί στην ubisoft, τα stealth παιχνίδια στον 2ο ΠΠ, που ακόμα έχετε κολλήσει στους μεσαίωνες και στην προϊστορία και χάσατε την μπάλα. Άντε και στην εποχή του....χαλκού, μη πω και στην νεολιθική. Που μας δώσατε μια γεύση στο Unity, αλλά μέχρι εκεί ήταν και τα όρια σας! Για ποιο να μιλήσω πρώτα, για το stealth που παίζει ρόλο ακόμα και η σκιά των δέντρων για το πόσο μακριά φαίνεσαι?! Για τα στοιχεία που δανείστηκε από το AC και τα ενσωμάτωσε τόσο όμορφα στο παιχνίδι (θάμνοι, σφύριγμα, πέτρα, κρύψιμο πτωμάτων κ.α)?! Για το customization των όπλων των οποίων τα challenges είναι απλά και όλα ΜΑ όλα μπορούν να γίνουν στην πρώτη πίστα και να ξεκινήσετε όλες τις υπόλοιπες με τούμπανο όπλα?! Για το relocation που στο 3, όπως έγραψα στην κριτική για το 2, το παραξευτιλίσανε με το πέρα δώθε, εδώ όμως είναι ...απόλαυση, δεν χρειάζεται να τρέχεις 20-30 μέτρα μακριά για να σε χάσουν, σιγά μη πάω και στο επόμενο βουνό. Και είμαι ακόμα στην 4 πίστα δεν ξέρω τι άλλο θα συναντήσω στις επόμενες πίστες, αλλά τέτοια ικανοποίηση από παιχνίδι έχω να νιώσω από το horizon zero dawn. Δεν με ενδιαφέρουν τα frames, αν τρέχει σε 4κ ή ότι άλλο σε "αποπροσανατολίζει" ή σου "μειώνει" την πραγματική μαγεία ενός βιντεοπαιχνιδιού, την αμεσότητα και το δέσιμο με τον χαρακτήρα που χειρίζομαι στο παιχνίδι ΑΥΤΟ με ενδιαφέρει σ' ένα παιχνίδι. Κάνε αυτό και να το κάνει όπως θέλω εγώ και όχι όπως μου υποδεικνύει το παιχνίδι, γιαυτό και η αναφορά στο HZD. Παιχνιδάρες. Και για να κλείσω την αξιολόγησή μου για το SE4, είναι ένα παιχνίδι που από το 2 έως το 4 ακολουθεί ποιοτική και ανοδική πορεία, κάθε νέο και καλύτερο, ειδικά για εμάς που παίξαμε τριγωνική Lara και είδαμε πως κατάντησε το franchise στα ps1 και 2, ή πως πάει το AC.....κάθε νέο και χειρότερο, ας το πάρουμε απόφαση δεν πρόκειται να ξαναζήσουμε εποχές Ezio έστω και Connor. Κάπου αναφέρθηκε πως το παιχνίδι έχει 4 πίστες, 10 πίστες έχει που τις είδανε τις 4?! Στην τιμή μάλιστα που είχε το ps store την Digital Deluxe Edition 19,99 (από 99,99) με έξτρα όπλα, καλό το Mosin, πολύ καλό, αλλά αν δεν δοκιμάσετε το delisle carbine δεν θα μάθετε τι θα πει 100% game stealth, με skins και 4 έξτρα πίστες, δλδ με σχεδόν όλα τα dlc......ΑΜΑΡΤΙΑ.....
