The only "drawback," a result of its realism, is that you have to devote a lot of real time to cover everything regarding team organization, tactics, staff recruitment, etc. Not to mention that, besides being a coach, you need at least 52 psychology degrees to maintain a good atmosphere in the locker room ;) those in the know will understand...
