The system boots up very quickly in 10 seconds... I've had it for 2 years, it's a beast and worth its money... It was purchased for 140€... It's a monster with 32GB RAM and it still runs even faster.... Super 5/5 STARS!

3 stars even though it is perfect but the 250gb 970 evo is half the price and even better, as well as the 500gb 970 evo is still cheaper.
Bad choice because it is expensive and now there are better options with less money.

Very fast! I have seen a 4-second boot as well. Whatever game I put in, it opens very quickly and also the loading screens within the game are incredibly fast.

Good, whatever I say... see that it reaches 3000mbs and a simple 500 SSD...! My PC runs with Windows 10, i7 8700k and M.2, and guys, it really opens in seconds. I kept pressing the screen and computer buttons until the LG logo appeared, and the PC has already reached the home screen and is waiting for me, really fast, new generation, simply amazing..!

Amazing here and a year that I have them, I have seen a huge difference from just sad for video editing, you just need all the files to be on the hard drive before you start editing, to perform correctly

I have installed it on the Inspiron 5570 with loaded Linux-Debian and it boots in 4 seconds, opens everything you want in seconds.. Very good and above all Samsung!!

After a year and a half of use, it continues to go at supernatural speeds. I have also tried Windows, installation took about 10 minutes and it boots in 3 seconds flat.

It's worth its money a thousand times! It is very fast and there is a noticeable difference from regular SSDs

I have had it for about half a year for my main PC. Overall, my system is pretty good, I only use the PC for gaming. For so many years, I didn't have an SSD, I always had a 4TB HDD from WDB, and suddenly I bought the M.2 and loaded Windows on it, along with some heavy programs like Photoshop or games like Witcher and PUBG. Initially, the boot time is ridiculous, it boots in about 3 seconds, and overall, whatever you put in it, combined with good RAM and CPU, the system FLIES. Just make sure to unlock it from the BIOS because it gives you half the speed by default compared to what it claims... We're talking about differences with an SSD 850, for example, that are not just noticeable... we're talking about quadruple the speed... In conclusion, I recommend it for installing Windows and heavy programs.

One thing I have to say. When I installed Windows for the first time, I thought something was wrong! It's so fast. It probably installed in 3 minutes. Guys, what can I say... It's the future. No matter how expensive it seems... If someone wants to create a tool... The solution is almost a one-way street... And once you use it, there's no going back. It makes my 850 EVO in my laptop look very small!

I have four NVMe drives here for over two years.

I have one in my personal computer and three in the NAS servers.

In my computer, I have installed it as the main drive for Windows. For the past two years, the NVMe has written 6.6 TB up to today and it is unstoppable.

I use it as a cache unit in the server for the personal clouds that I have created for myself and my sisters. Because the NAS drives are WD RED 10TB 256MB 5,400rpm, I don't want it to be slow in writing, but mainly in reading. Until today, the NVMe in my NAS has written 11TB, and in my sisters' NAS, it has written 13.6TB and 14.3TB respectively.

The read and write speeds have not decreased but remain at the numbers provided by Samsung. Despite working for a long time on the servers, they do not heat up, nor does the speed decrease.

It is a very good purchase for both personal use and server.

Definitely one of the best consumer products out there. As for the Pro version, there's no discussion, it's clearly better, but it's exclusively for professional use.
This one is a bit overkill for the average user, it has almost no difference from an 850 Evo in everyday use. However, if you're dealing with data production that requires fast read and writes, you can see the difference. A big plus is that it doesn't require any cables for connection.
Overall, if you have the extra 30€ compared to the 850, you have nothing to lose with this one!

Anyone interested in 5-10 games + Windows pre-installed on it, this is just what you need. There is no need to go for a 500GB one as the IOPS has very little difference, unless you really need the slightly extra space, in which case it is better to go for a 500GB 850 EVO from the beginning and save some money. I consider it the best value for money in its category.

Very fast indeed in all other aspects, minimal boot time. Is it worth it? Yes, if you're interested in having a fast SSD that might have a Real Life difference in the future.

So guys, I got this specific hard drive, and it's just amazing!! Just a note for those who get it, in order for it to work at its full performance, you need to install its software, which takes no more than 20 seconds. If you download the program Anvil Storage Benchmark or something similar, you will see that the disk doesn't perform at its maximum as soon as you run a test. Once you install the software, it will work as it should, meaning at full speed. It's very easy, just search for the disk you have on Google, add "driver" next to it, download it, install it, and that's it.

An incredibly fast storage space! The read-write speed is something else and there is no comparison to SATA SSDs! By downloading the Samsung Magician, you can monitor its progress, run benchmark tests, and set it up. At 2/3 of the price, you can get a conventional SSD and it's the same. Differences? 1 second faster boot, half a second faster opening of Pubg.

Its price has dropped significantly and it is worth more than the smaller models (250-500GB). Besides the capacity and price, the 1TB is more advantageous due to its greater durability over time, as we are talking about TLC. The speeds are simply unbeatable, once someone tries M.2 & NVMe connection and protocol, they won't go back to SATA drives (SSD and HDD).
