Description

This "living" book is a functional addition of five studies that have (four of them) almost the same length. The exception is the intermediate study on "homeopathic therapy," which is larger than the others and constitutes the central core of the book.

The studies address themes that concern contemporary theological reflection and are permeated by the question of salvation in the world of God and the world. Thus, with the first study, the issue of the ecumenical significance that the doctrine of the Fourth Ecumenical Council (451) still reflects today is raised.

In the second study, I also remain focused on a contemporary ecclesiastical question, returning with a critical disposition to the thoughts of Orthodox theologians of our time. Is thanksgiving identified with the church and the kingdom of God?

In the third study, I engage more intensely with the soteriological question, trying to assert that the ecclesiastical life of the world is not a utopia, but is an incarnate presence and truly has a creative expression and an anti-depressive perspective.

The reason I turn in the fourth study to a critical presentation of views regarding Judaism and Christianity is that here too, the ecumenical solution is sought in a world that suffers amid divisions and religious strife.
