In this album, Professor Miltiadis Papanikolaou presents the frescoes preserved in the Parliament Building, artistic creations that were made during the reconstruction period of the building as the palace of Otto.

At the same time, the work presents the artistic atmosphere of the era, influenced by the movements of Romanticism and Philhellenism. The second edition of the album (the first edition, titled "The Illustration of the Parliament Building," is sold out) presents the frescoes of the building after the restoration work carried out in 2003, as well as extensive reference to the conservation work of the building's mural decoration.
