Description

As you can understand, there are two forces that collide within this work. What fits our existence and for which we have been shaped and that which promises to improve our lives and make us small gods within our narrow apartments.

To achieve perfect identification, either on one side or the other, one of these two opponents must be defeated and cease to exist. It seems easier for everyone for what fits and belongs to ourselves, what defines our existence, to fade away. Everyone wants to rid themselves of the burden of their mortality and become small invulnerable superhumans. However, this is not possible, because, if achieved for a moment, people become mere shells of their true selves and nothing else matters.

For action to continue, both opponents must necessarily be eternally present. Thus, I have the impression that the tragic is created. Whoever is false will be surpassed and revealed, and whoever is true will be justified and will dominate. It is just a matter of time before the new tapestry of those in power is unveiled.

However, when you are on the side of the new, when you have studied and have been taught to be on the side of the new that presents itself as savior and useful, then as the director of the performance, you try to anticipate the outcome of this painful conflict. Thus, George Remoundos, who clearly was not on the side of the central character in life and art, wanted in every way to show that this character is lost in the oblivion of History, we pass over him, that is, we leave him behind and forget him.

We forget, that is, the most genuine elements of our existence and remain as mere empty air, donning only the armor of the times.
