The subject of this volume is the presentation of the basic institutions and regulations that constitute the current constitutional law.

Specifically, it includes the central concepts and principles of constitutional law, the state organs, and fundamental rights (mainly individual and social rights), as they are reflected in the Constitution as well as in the European Convention on Human Rights.
