Vitex Acrylan Elastic is an elastomeric acrylic paint for exterior vertical surfaces, formulated with 100% UV-crosslinking acrylic resins. It covers small cracks and moves with the surface as it contracts and expands, remaining elastic from -25 °C to +110 °C while allowing the surface to breathe. It also offers waterproofing properties and resistance to adverse weather conditions, air pollution and coastal environments.
Suitable for new and previously painted plaster, concrete and brick surfaces. It is certified as a cool material, with a solar reflectance index (SRI) of 108. Apply two coats using a roller, brush or airless spray gun, diluted with up to 15% water.
