Vitex Acrylan Elastic paint insulates and waterproofs exterior vertical surfaces, fully covering small cracks while remaining flexible as the surface contracts and expands. Its formula contains 100% acrylic UV-crosslinking resins, and the product is certified as a cool paint by the Department of Physics of the University of Athens. It can be applied to new and previously painted plaster, concrete and brick surfaces without requiring a topcoat of acrylic paint.
It remains flexible at temperatures from -25 °C to 110 °C and withstands harsh weather conditions, pollution and coastal environments. Apply in two coats using a roller, brush or airless spray gun, diluting with up to 10% water. For preparation and application, the surface must be clean, dry and smooth. Do not apply at temperatures below 5 °C or above 35 °C, at relative humidity above 70%, or when rain or frost is expected within the next 48 hours.
