Stupidity is a property that is transnational, supranational, and cross-cultural, existing on all five continents of the planet and in the one hundred ninety-two member states of the UN.

It plays a crucial role in all aspects of human activity: in politics, science, religion, and in social, public, and private life. With its constant presence and decisive influence on the actions and behaviors of individuals and nations, it ultimately shapes the very historical process of humanity.

This becomes even more evident when we consider that, in the eternal struggle between intelligence and stupidity, aside from the world of the inherently and educationally stupid, there is hardly an intelligent person who has not committed some of the so-called "stupidities" in their life.

All of this forms the subject of the original and subversive satirical treatise by Theodoros Karzis, where, through a kind of "history of stupidity," the tragicomic carnival of the modern world is revealed and parades.
