Hartmann Atrauman Ag is a sterile silver-containing mesh dressing impregnated with a neutral ointment free of petroleum jelly and other paraffins. The hydrophobic polyamide mesh does not adhere to the wound and allows exudate to pass through, while the silver acts against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria for at least 7 days.

It is used for superficial wounds, wounds with a high bacterial load or infected wounds, as well as to prevent infections. It can be used with absorbent dressings and compression bandages.

    Be careful where you buy them from, some sell the 10X10 at the price of the 10X20 (30€), they are advertised as free but a surgeon must write them and they must come from a company for photography... Be careful, the second time they are delayed (about 2 weeks) because they go through a committee, if you run out you have to buy more until the others arrive (Be careful, they cannot give the product before the committee is completed). But they really worth it!
