This book is aimed at anyone who wants to learn about Experiential Education and Development, either because they are involved in the education and development of people (teachers and educators, camp leaders, adult trainers, training and human resource managers) or because they want to understand it in depth (school and company directors) before organizing an experiential program for their students and staff.

In the first part of the book, we make an initial acquaintance with the method and present:
