Very good grilling plate, but with missing items in the packaging.
The grilling plate is sturdy, heats up quickly, and the grilling is excellent. Unfortunately, however, the delivery experience had problems:
1. The necessary gas connector (part 505/506) was missing, which meant we had to run to local stores to find it.
2. The handle was delivered broken.
The appliance as a product deserves 5 stars, but due to the missing items and the damage to the packaging, I give it 3 stars.
