This book presents a brief collection of the works of Jalal al-Din Rumi, Masnavi-i-Ma'navi, Diwan-i-Shams, and Fihi Ma Fihi. Surely, a small book like this cannot encompass all the wisdom and grandeur of the soul and spirit of a teacher as inspired and profound as Jalal al-Din Rumi.

However, we believe that this small collection of his works will serve as an inspiration and encouragement for the reader to seek more about wisdom and truth and to follow the traces left by the teacher Rumi that lead to the source of Life.

Rumi created such a level of beauty in his works through the use and knowledge of poetic and musical rhythm that the reader can not only appreciate its wisdom but also reach levels of ecstasy and mystical communion that are rarely found in other works.

But as he himself says: "The book of the Sufis is not the black letters, it is the whiteness of the pure heart."
