good very fast but after 9 months the windows just disappeared since then it doesn't want to take windows at all, as an external it works well for 1.5 years now
καλος πολυ γρηγορος αλλα μετα απο 9 μηνες δεν απλα εσβυσαν τα windows απο τοτε δεν θελει να παρει windows με καμια παναγια, σαν εξωτερικος δουλευει καλα εδω και 1,5 χρονο
It never worked for me and when I returned it for a replacement, I didn't do it... they did. They simply put it in a wrapped bag without the box, and I didn't receive any information about whether it was replaced or not

Portable USB storage. Bad choice, 0 stars, analysis follows.
The m2 cases available either exclusively support SATA, or support both SATA and PCIe, but the vast majority of them have outdated firmware (AI report), and do not recognize the disk/capacity. Creating a compatibility list based on controller/chipset does not work, as the same company that makes a case model which does not work, may have another model with the same controller/chipset that does work due to upgraded firmware!
Advice:
If you don't want problems with portable USB storage with 1TB+, choose PCIe m2 SSD and the corresponding case regardless of the overkill in performance.
Theoretically:
1) Cases that mention 2TB+ work.
2) PCs rarely have such a problem or can be updated from the BIOS.

Η δημιουργία λίστας συμβατότητας με βάση controller/chipset δεν δουλεύει, καθώς η ίδια εταιρεία που φτιάχνει ένα μοντέλο θήκης το οποίο δεν λειτουργεί, σε άλλο μοντέλο της ίδιας εταιρείας με ίδιο controller/chipset μπορεί να λειτουργεί λόγω αναβαθμισμένου firmware!

I put it in a laptop and it works great, fast for sata and without any glitches. I have also put it in an all in one PC system to work with Pos, and it works perfectly...!!! I highly recommend it... value for money.

For a simple budget system, using internet/office/general purposes, without gaming intention, it is fine - standard SATA3 performance that you get from a corresponding 2.5-inch disk, just available in M.2 format, at a good price and capacity - its purpose is not to ignite performance and bring all hardcore PC users to buy it, but to take advantage of modern benefits such as the provided M.2 ports on budget motherboards (which are usually SATA and not always NVME, depending on the CPU/APU you install on it), to save the SATA and power cables from the power supply and make the build look cleaner and more organized (like embedded systems) - Honest, and it does not promise things it cannot do!

I put it in a Dell XPS 9343 from 2015 to go from 256 to 1TB. It works fine. It is one of the few M2 SATA drives available now. It is perfect for older laptops with M2 over SATA. Don't be fooled, it is not a performance drive but a drive that covers the needs of upgrading old computers or barebones. It is a simple SATA drive. Pay attention to what motherboard you have before getting it.

Μην ξεγελιεστε, δεν είναι δίσκος επιδοσεων αλλά δίσκος που καλύπτει τις ανάγκες αναβάθμισης παλαιών υπολογιστών η barebones. Ένας απλός sata είναι. Προσέξτε τι μητρική έχετε πριν τον πάρετε.

Although it is very cheap, it does not have good value as for just 10 euros more, you can get a 240GB Patriot with triple the speed!!! This one is slightly or not faster at all than an SSD with SATA. If your motherboard has an M.2 slot, then go for something slightly better.

Αν και είναι πολύ φθηνός δεν έχει καλό value καθώς με μόνο 10 ευρώ περισσότερα παίρνεις 240ρι patriot με τριπλάσια ταχύτητα!!! Ο συγκεκριμένος είναι ελάχιστα ή καθόλου πιο γρήγορος από SSD με SATA. Αν η μητρική σας έχει slot για Μ.2 τότε προτιμήστε κάτι λίγο καλύτερο.

For its price, it is a decent purchase. I only have it for Windows, so it's okay. But for gaming, no, I wouldn't get it. Also, even though it's not Nvme, it raises temperatures to around 70oC, so I had to put a cooler on it. So, gaming is out of the question.
Για τα λεφτά του ειναι τίμια αγορά. Εγω τον εχω μόνο για τα windows οπότε οκ. Τωρα για παιχνϊδια οχι δεν θα τον έπαιρνα. Επισης αν και δεν ειναι Nvmie ανεβάζει θεσμοκρασίες γύρω στους 70oC αναγκάστηκα να του βάλω ψύκτρα. Οπότε για gaming out of the question.

For its price, it is a decent purchase. I only have it for Windows, so it's okay. But for gaming, no, I wouldn't get it. Also, even though it's not Nvme, it raises temperatures to around 70oC, so I had to put a cooler on it. So, gaming is out of the question.
Για τα λεφτά του ειναι τίμια αγορά. Εγω τον εχω μόνο για τα windows οπότε οκ. Τωρα για παιχνϊδια οχι δεν θα τον έπαιρνα. Επισης αν και δεν ειναι Nvmie ανεβάζει θεσμοκρασίες γύρω στους 70oC αναγκάστηκα να του βάλω ψύκτρα. Οπότε για gaming out of the question.

If you are reading these lines, you were impressed by the low cost per GB (1TB version).
Case A:
You are upgrading your old computer: Perfect! 5 stars! No particular problems (read the end).
Case B:
Portable USB storage. Bad choice, 0 stars, analysis follows.
The m2 cases available either exclusively support SATA, or support both SATA and PCIe, but the vast majority of them have outdated firmware (AI report), and do not recognize the disk/capacity. Creating a compatibility list based on controller/chipset does not work, as the same company that makes a case model which does not work, may have another model with the same controller/chipset that does work due to upgraded firmware!
Advice:
If you don't want problems with portable USB storage with 1TB+, choose PCIe m2 SSD and the corresponding case regardless of the overkill in performance.
Theoretically:
1) Cases that mention 2TB+ work.
2) PCs rarely have such a problem or can be updated from the BIOS.

Αν διαβάζετε αυτές τις γραμμές σας έκανε εντύπωση το χαμηλό κόστος ανα GB (1TB version).
Περίπτωση Α:
Αναβαθμίζεται τον παλιό ηλεκτρονικό υπολογιστή σας : Τέλεια ! 5 αστέρια ! χωρίς ιδιαίτερα προβλήματα (διαβάστε το τέλος).
Περίπτωση Β:
Portable usb storage. Κακή επιλογή 0 αστέρια ακολουθεί ανάλυση.
Οι θήκες m2 που κυκλοφορούν, είτε υποστηρίζουν αποκλειστικά sata, είτε υποστηρίζουν sata και PCIe, έχουν απαρχαιωμένο firmware στην συντριπτική πλειοψηφία τους (ΑΙ report), και δεν αναγνωρίζουν τον δίσκο/χωρητικότητα. Η δημιουργία λίστας συμβατότητας με βάση controller/chipset δεν δουλεύει, καθώς η ίδια εταιρεία που φτιάχνει ένα μοντέλο θήκης το οποίο δεν λειτουργεί, σε άλλο μοντέλο της ίδιας εταιρείας με ίδιο controller/chipset μπορεί να λειτουργεί λόγω αναβαθμισμένου firmware!
Συμβουλή:
Αν δεν θέλετε προβλήματα σε portable usb storage με 1TB+ επιλέξετε PCIe m2 ssd και την ανάλογη θήκη άσχετα με το overkill σε επιδόσεις.
θεωρητικά:
1) Τα case πού αναφέρουν 2TB+ δουλευουν.
2) Τα PC σπάνια έχουν τέτοιο πρόβλημα ή έχουν δυνατότητα update απο το BIOS.

I used it in an external case for use in a downloader. The previous branded Crucial MX500 SSD 500GB M.2 SATA III burned out with all the data inside after 3 years. Time will tell, as the speeds are OK.

Ο προήγουμενος επώνυμος Crucial MX500 SSD 500GB M.2 SATA III κάηκε με όλα τα δεδομένα μέσα ματά από 3 χρόνια.
Θα δείξει λοιπόν ο χρόνος καθώς στις ταχύτητες είναι OK.
