The edition "Administrative Law & Administrative Procedure Code" includes the main provisions of the current administrative procedural law. In this new fourth edition, the legislation on administrative annulment disputes and substantive administrative disputes, the execution of judicial decisions, the Code of Public Trials, and finally, as an integral supplement to the previous ones, the Administrative Procedure Code are presented. The new edition was deemed necessary in view of the changes brought about in administrative law and procedure by laws 3146/2003, 3220/2004, 3226/2004, 3230/2004, and 3242/2004.
