Description

In Greece, fruit preserving constitutes a tradition that is passed down from generation to generation and remains alive to this day. Despite technological evolution, the method of making jams remains unchanged, just as our grandmothers taught us.

In our country, everyone has tasted a spoon sweet at least once in their life. That’s why I named this book "The Sweets of Life". I will never forget my grandmother and my mother, who thought it was unacceptable not to have a spoon sweet in our house: fig, cherry, quince, apricot, grape, etc.

Not to mention the marmalades, the preserves, and the molasses; the must, the must-cakes, and the must-jelly.
