Description

PrimaCreator EasyPrint PLA 3D printing filament is made from 100% pure PLA granules, with no additives. It is more flexible and slightly softer than standard PLA and can be used with FFF/FDM printers, including those with a Bowden extruder.

Its low shrinkage reduces the risk of warping and allows printing without a heated bed. The spool is neatly wound to reduce the risk of filament tangling and includes an indicator showing how much filament remains. The filament is supplied in sealed vacuum packaging with desiccant.

What do users say? AI-generated summary

Opinions are mixed: many consider the PLA to be good quality and appreciate the good print results and ease of use. It is also reported to work well in 3D pens and not clog the nozzle easily. However, several users report difficulty getting it to adhere to the print bed, while others consider it expensive; in some cases, the filament broke.

This review is about colour: Black, weight: 1 kg

In demanding, as for the first layer, prints did not stick to the bed. I have used 5+ kg of Primavalue and Primaselect from the same company and I was satisfied. I don't understand why someone would get the PrimaCreator EasyPrint, let alone at this price. Also, at 220 degrees Celsius (which is OK quite high temperature for PLA, but that's how I print the first layer), it smells and emits smoke from the extruder, from the point where the filament comes out (which obviously my printer doesn't do with other filaments).

The rating refers only to the black color. I have tried many different filaments, but none of them were like this one. It doesn't stick to the printer's bed at all. I tried printing the same test more than 10 times without any success. No matter what settings I tried, this filament failed. Eventually, I decided not to waste my time and throw it away. This doesn't apply to the white and gray filaments from the same company. Stay away from the black one. It's a failure, a waste of time and money.

  • Very good product and its packaging is well-made. Of course, the quantity is also helpful as you can see the color without buying half or a whole kilo and not liking it.

Good quality plastic. But very expensive for 2 kilograms of PLA. It has broken a few times, destroying some long prints. Overall, it produces a very good result and is easily cleaned from the nozzle (After 1.5 kilograms of plastic usage, it never clogged the nozzle).

  • The price per kilo is very high. Take 1 kg as a very good material
