As many of you may have searched after playing a Metro game, I bought the entire series 2033, 2034, 2035 to read them as I want to see what this author has created. Now that I have finished the first book, I can give you an opinion without spoilers! First of all, I loved that each book has an updated map with what you are reading. This way, you can follow the protagonist both with your imagination and with the map step by step. At first, it was chaotic to search for the name of the area you were reading about in the book on a map with 50 separate names, it could be tiring, you could say. Over time, however, I got into the mood and started reading the book faster and steadily. The only complaint I had, at least the one and only, is that whenever it introduced a second character as an assistant or guide to the protagonist or even a promising plot, everything disappeared and you didn't have time to get into the mood of one plot and you were already in three others. Obviously, when I finished the book, I realized that the whole system was right because it shows character development, but personally, it exhausted me and I couldn't read many pages a day no matter how strange it sounds. In the end? The book is worth it if you are a fan of fantasy and if you have played the games
