Description

On the Trail... is the title of this new Series. The Series houses unknown, latent, or uncollected texts. These texts may include studies, testimonies, and even rare literary works from earlier periods.

The ambition of the Series is to connect with the literary tradition while also retrieving from oblivion works that have remained inaccessible to the reader, enriching, as much as possible, research.

Indeed, the title is indicative of its genre and character. This volume includes five fragmentary travel texts centered on Corfu, which Michail Mitsakis visited in 1886. These texts were first published in the magazine Estia and are now all being released together here.
