    It was used on a problematic roof as a temporary-economical solution until summer, when a complete repair and insulation will take place. It was diluted with about half a liter of water. It requires a bit of persistence in mixing until it becomes homogeneous. It is thinner than similar products from more expensive companies. When used with polyester fabric, it spreads very well. I am quite satisfied with the result. I do not know how it will perform over time, but as a first impression, it seems good for its price.

Bauer Monoflex waterproofing coating forms a seamless, elastic membrane for waterproofing flat roofs. It withstands environmental corrosion, ultraviolet radiation and extreme weather conditions, retaining its properties at temperatures from -10 °C to 50 °C. It adheres to concrete, cement screeds, lightweight concrete, wood, metal and waterproofing layers.

Apply to a clean substrate using a roller or brush, in 2–3 cross-coats. Dilute the first coat with 5–10% water and use it as a primer.
