    It was used on a problematic roof as a temporary-economical solution until summer, when a complete repair and insulation will take place. It was diluted with about half a liter of water. It requires a bit of persistence in mixing until it becomes homogeneous. It is thinner than similar products from more expensive companies. When used with polyester fabric, it spreads very well. I am quite satisfied with the result. I do not know how it will perform over time, but as a first impression, it seems good for its price.

The elastomeric acrylic waterproofing coating Bauer Monoflex forms a seamless protective membrane for waterproofing roofs. The membrane is flexible and resistant to environmental corrosion and ultraviolet radiation. The product adheres to concrete, cement screeds, lightweight concrete, wood, metal and waterproofing layers.

Apply to a clean substrate in crosswise coats using a roller or brush, applying 2–3 coats. For the first coat, dilute with 5–10% water to use as a primer.
