Ίσως να είναι από τις καλύτερες ισοροπίες όσον αφορά τον βαθμό την αποτελεσματικότητά του σε σχέση με τον βαθμό εθισμού που προκαλεί (μάλλον μικρός ο εθισμός και ξεπερνιέται γρήγορα) αλλά και την μάλλον αμελητέα ζημιά στον οργανισμό. Τα περισσότερα βότανα που ισχυρίζονται ένα σωρό πράγματα δεν κάνουν τίποτα. Το συγκεκριμένο εκχύλισμα είναι η ίδια ουσία που δημιουργεί ο ανθρώπινος οργανισμός όταν μεταβολίζει την τρυπτοφάνη, πριν το 5-HTP με τη δειρά του μεταβολιστεί σε σεροτονίνη. Πιστεύω 100mg τη μέρα με μία δόση ή σε δύο των 50, είναι ένα ήπιο άλλα άκρως υπαρκτό και χρήσιμο boost για την καθημερινότητα. Δόσεις πολύ μεγαλύτερες από αυτήν για καιρό δεν ξέρω αν είναι καλή ιδέα διότι οι μεγάλες συγκεντρώσεις σεροτονίσης στον εγκέφαλο μπορούν να διαταράξουν ισοροπίες και αυτό μπορεί να έχει άλλες επιπτώσεις. Γενικά αξίζει, δοκιμάστε το για καναν μήνα (6 μέρες τηξ βδομάδα ίσως) και βλέπετε.
