This book includes eighteen texts that possess an internal unity and address the contribution of the New Testament to culture in a multicultural and interfaith society.

The first article refers to the global conference on the meeting of religions and cultures organized by the Cultural Foundation of the Holy Monastery of Kykko, which took place at the "Archangel" conference center in Nicosia, Cyprus, from March 8-11, 2002, and discusses the evaluation and conclusions of the conference.

The second is the intervention I made as a speaker at the same conference and responds to the question of whether religions are a threat of conflict or a bridge for peace and progress.
