In my humble opinion, the best "all around" protein that exists. I did bodybuilding for many years before I stopped and I had tried almost everything available from ON, Muscletech, Gaspari, Warriorlab, Universal, etc. None of them worked as well as this one. And when I recently started training again after a few years break, it was still my first choice. It helps with muscle development as well as recovery. It contains different sources of proteins such as whey, casein, etc. for immediate and slow absorption, which makes it suitable for nighttime use. Personally, taste has never been important to me when it comes to protein, but effectiveness is. However, for those who are interested, its chocolate flavor is excellent, as well as its solubility (I mix it in a shaker with water). It also doesn't cause any stomach/intestinal disturbances.
Of course, every body is different, as well as the goals we have, the diet we follow, and something that works for me may not work for someone else. But for me, it's top-notch.

Now I got vanilla cheesecake, very nice taste, I just can't compare because I haven't taken a similar taste from another company before. The solubility is fine if I put the water first and then the powder, but it's also fine if I do it the other way around. I have had it for 5 days, so I can't say about the results yet, but if I judge from the past, it is a protein that helped my body a lot (I want to believe that they haven't altered it, like other companies..) Always in combination with a very good diet and workouts.
