    STAY AWAY!!! I have had it for about 3 years, and that's when the nightmare began.... The system doesn't recognize it one fine morning, it reads it but without giving access... The technical support and customer service of both companies are truly nonexistent, gammix doesn't even have one, while adata "has" one but never allows you to submit your contact request.... There are no drivers anywhere, only adata's toolbox which requires the latest updates (and understandably so) that are not available on their website, it throws you into an error.... Stay away from these specific companies in general, especially their hard drives. I lost everything inside because it decided not to work again and the companies are practically nonexistent.....

    The disk is very good, etc, etc, but a warning. It does not fully support previous versions of Windows before Windows 10.
    I initially installed it with Windows 8.1. The speed was noticeably reduced and even the Adata program did not recognize it correctly.
    I don't know how it is on Linux or on some version of MacOS, but at least for Windows, if you don't have Windows 10, it's better to get something else.
    It's a shame, of course, because it's a very good disk.
    All this for the 2TB version.
    Yesterday, I ordered the 1TB one to add it as well. So yes, it's a very good disk and cheaper than others of the same level.

    Today's acquisition was installed on an Asus Prime B350 Plus with a Ryzen 5 2600, recognized immediately, Windows installation took 15 minutes, and it seems quite fast. Edit 28/05/2020: It still remains super without any drop in performance and without any problems so far after 6 months of operation. I was scared and wrongly didn't get the 512, but it's okay. Get it with your eyes closed. Update 8/12/2022: After three years of use, it works flawlessly without any drop in performance, although its health is now at 82%. Update 18/10/24: After 5 years and 32.5TB read and 28TB write, health is at 71% and it continues.

    STAY AWAY!!! I have had it for about 3 years, and that's when the nightmare began.... The system doesn't recognize it one fine morning, it reads it but without giving access... The technical support and customer service of both companies are truly nonexistent, gammix doesn't even have one, while adata "has" one but never allows you to submit your contact request.... There are no drivers anywhere, only adata's toolbox which requires the latest updates (and understandably so) that are not available on their website, it throws you into an error.... Stay away from these specific companies in general, especially their hard drives. I lost everything inside because it decided not to work again and the companies are practically nonexistent.....

    For a year now, it has been my main disk on an 8-core 16-thread CPU.
    The disk is very good, etc, etc, but a warning. It does not fully support previous versions of Windows before Windows 10.
    I initially installed it with Windows 8.1. The speed was noticeably reduced and even the Adata program did not recognize it correctly.
    I don't know how it is on Linux or on some version of MacOS, but at least for Windows, if you don't have Windows 10, it's better to get something else.
    It's a shame, of course, because it's a very good disk.
    All this for the 2TB version.
    Yesterday, I ordered the 1TB one to add it as well. So yes, it's a very good disk and cheaper than others of the same level.

In order to achieve the advertised speeds, it needs to collaborate with an equally powerful cpu-motherboard-ram system in a well-configured setup. Do not expect to achieve the speeds mentioned on systems with a fifty-dollar cpu-motherboard and ram.

    It is a very good SSD case, with a 5-year warranty. If you don't want to spend money on a Samsung, it is very close in performance. It only lacks in software, very poor implementation. It is worth the 47 euros I bought the 256GB one for. In terms of speed, the reading is indeed 3000+, but personally, I have an issue with the writing speed, which is significantly lower, and I am looking for a solution. I will come back with an update.

    Today's acquisition was installed on an Asus Prime B350 Plus with a Ryzen 5 2600, recognized immediately, Windows installation took 15 minutes, and it seems quite fast. As a first impression, it is one of the best, if not the best, that has passed through my hands. Time will tell. Edit 28/05/2020: It still remains super without any drop in performance and without any problems so far after 6 months of operation. I was scared and wrongly didn't get the 512, but it's okay. Get it with your eyes closed. Update 8/12/2022: After three years of use, it works flawlessly without any drop in performance, although its health is now at 82%. Update 18/10/24: After 5 years and 32.5TB read and 28TB write, health is at 71% and it continues.
