It was characterized as a "gastronomic legend" and a "symbol par excellence", which was directly associated for decades with the days and nights, with the history, the social and cosmopolitan life of the former cosmopolitan city of Thessaloniki. It was housed in one of the oldest buildings still standing today on the old beachfront. It is the "Olympus Naoussa". The beerhouse, "tourist restaurant", "variety show", cosmopolitan center, classic restaurant, "work of art", the "dead capital" and the disputed contractor, architectural jewel or abandoned preserved monument, which adorned the city, lived its adventures, brightened its everyday life, hosted its distinguished visitors, became the setting for its cosmopolitan life, housed one of its most flourishing businesses, and fell silent, waiting for the better days that may come again.
