This story was written to justify an unprovoked attack. An almost elderly man attacked a swimmer at the beach at five o'clock in the afternoon, trying to strangle him with his hands. The attacker was shorter and much older than the swimmer. Easily, the swimmer subdued him and handed him over to the police.
