Description

Gray ABS Filament 1.75 mm 1000 g for 3D printers, made in the Netherlands. The genuine filaments ensure that the ABS is high quality and has consistent diameter, providing the best 3D printing experience. A heated bed is generally required for printing with ABS, and a heated chamber is preferred. The Real filament ABS series also includes ABS plus and Pro, which facilitate printing. ABS is a pure raw material, optimized for 3D printing, offering the best possible performance. ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) filament has been used for many years in 3D printing. Although it has high shrinkage and is difficult to work with, it still has advantages such as gasoline resistance, opacity, and soft flexibility. Compared to PLA, it has a higher glass transition temperature. ABS is an oil-based product, making it less environmentally friendly compared to PLA, and during printing, it produces a poor chemical odor, so it is recommended to print in a well-ventilated area. This filament requires more effort for good printing. Using ABS to print small durable pieces, you can use 3DLAC at a temperature of 65-80 degrees. Kapton tape is another product where ABS can be printed, requiring temperatures around 110 degrees. For extruding the filament, a temperature of 245 degrees is recommended, although it can be extruded as low as 220 degrees, the layer adhesion will not be as strong. For larger prints, it would be good to consider PETG first. Without a heated chamber, you won't be able to print this material without warping and cracks.

The worst. Not only are they not carefully stored and kept in humidity, they have polymerized before even arriving and came in pieces. IF it is even ABS because it's the first time I've seen it break as if it were PLA. STAY AWAY

In the Ender 3v2 with 100 settings from Cura, it doesn't work at all. It constantly clogs and when it does function, it doesn't produce good prints, they are weak and detach as they are being made.
