This book is the first edition in the Greek language of the important lecture series by Rudolf Steiner on Therapeutic Eurythmy.

It is intended both for the practitioner of Eurythmy (who is interested in the therapeutic properties that can be detected in the various exercises explained here) and for the general reader, as it illustrates the complexities of the rhythmic interaction between our physical selves (our bodily existence) and the formative forces of the world around us.

The language and dynamism contained in the individual vowels and consonants are revealed in order to demonstrate their relationship to our existence and to both of its psychic qualities, as well as to the way in which they can be transformed into silent eurythmic movement.
