For a hot drink, steep one pyramid in 250 ml of freshly boiled water for 5–10 minutes, depending on the desired strength, with the vessel covered. For a cold drink, steep for 10–15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 days or serve over ice. This product is not certified gluten-free and is not suitable for people with coeliac disease.
