External casing made of 0.5mm thick DCP sheet metal, electrostatically painted at 180°C, providing absolute protection against corrosion caused by steam and humidity.
External Casing
External casing made of 0.5mm thick DCP sheet metal, electrostatically painted at 180°C, providing absolute protection against corrosion caused by steam and humidity.
Water Tank
Water tank made of sheet metal DCP 04 with a thickness of 1.8mm with one seam instead of the usual three, whose strength is tested at a pressure of 10 atmospheres ensuring:
- High resistance to corrosion
- Strong mechanical strength
- Unlimited lifespan
- Fewer joints - welds, consequently better glazing application
- Absence of microorganisms and bacteria
Insulation
Powerful ecological polyurethane insulation with a density of 25 kg/m3 and a thickness of 20mm, to keep the water hot for many hours and prevent thermal losses to the environment, saving energy.
Electric Resistance
Electric resistance 3500W with safety thermostat and easy replacement.
Magnesium Rod
Magnesium rod for absolute protection of the boiler from electrolysis.
Double Glazing
Internal protection of the boiler with double enameling 150-600 micro which provides additional insulation so that heat does not dissipate and the water remains hot. The enameled surface results from the application of enamel (glass) onto metal.
During the baking process at a temperature of 830°C, a bonding layer is created, consisting of enamel and metal. Thus, the solid structure and elasticity of the metal are combined with the hardness and chemical resistance of the glass. The boiler, after double glazing, is 100% protected from rust, as the water does not come into contact with its walls, ensuring you always have clean water. At the same time, it has a 9bar safety valve that protects the boiler in case of increased pressure.
Installation
The water heater can be installed horizontally on a wall. Horizontal installation provides easy maintenance, but care is needed when installing the base on the wall.
Water Heater VS Electric Boiler
The water heater operates with electric energy, where the resistance inside the water heater is heated and thus the water is warmed.
On the other hand, the electric boiler, in addition to heating the water through electric energy, has an internal exchanger (coil) with the ability to connect to the central heating system, to assist in the production of hot water. This limits the use of electric energy.
This means that once connected, the hot water produced by, for example, the oil boiler, heats not only the radiators but also the water in the water heater, thus saving money during the winter months.
