This product is **Floor Heater**. It replaced exactly the same one that lasted 7-8 years in a very old network with rust and mud and for many years it was almost constantly on. This one was installed after a partial renovation of the network in clean plastic pipes. Let's see how long it will last.

It takes ten minutes to heat the water to 50°C and it is enough for 2 people or for one person who spends about twenty minutes with half an hour in the bath and the water running continuously.

The energy class of the heater is D which is probably average in its category.

The installation was easy even for someone who is not a specialist, as long as they have the basic tools and are smart enough to turn off the power switch and remember which cable is the ground.

It arrived packaged in the correct factory packaging in excellent condition.

Poor quality product. The thermostat is factory set at 65 degrees. However, the water that comes out is noticeably lower in temperature, as you can put your hand under the faucet without getting burned. At this temperature, the thermometer indicator is at the last black line, just before the middle. Of course, you can't take a bath, which is unacceptable for an 80-liter water heater. Only a shower is possible.
I told the plumber who installed it if he could raise the thermostat a bit, and he told me it's better to leave it at the factory setting for safety. So I had to do it myself. I raised it about 10 degrees (you can't distinguish details because it's cheaply made). Supposedly, the water is now at around 75 degrees, but in reality, it's at 65. Here, you can take a bath, albeit barely.
I contacted the dealership and asked to speak to a technician to explain the problem. After a week of persistent phone calls, I managed to connect with someone exhausted. He told me that I shouldn't have raised the thermostat, it's dangerous, it should have normal bathwater at the factory setting. When I pointed out that the thermometer indicator didn't even reach the center, he replied that I shouldn't trust those thermometers. He suggested that "someone in the area" come and see it, but because he's the only one, he said it could take months for my turn. I told him to forget it, it's okay, let's not bother the man any further.
So I decided to take the risk because otherwise, I would have to throw away the water heater. It's the first time I hear that it's dangerous to raise the thermostat, and I have changed several water heaters. For about twenty times (about two months), it worked perfectly, quickly, without the slightest noise. Lately, however, the resistance from the salts started making a lot of noise. This is normal in my area. But at the same time, there are cracking sounds. This is not normal, and I assume it's due to expansion-contraction noises.
Although it's early for safe conclusions, I do not recommend this water heater. There are more reliable ones on the market at the same price. They all have some problems over the years, but I always had plenty of hot water with 80-liter ones.
