Hole Dozer ™
The tooth protection geometry provides very durable and long-lasting teeth.
Multiple leverage points for quick removal of material from the hole saw.
Deep access for the removal of large plugs.
High access for thin materials.
Tooth design.
A variable design of 4-6 teeth per inch with a 10° angle of inclination provides:
- Faster and more aggressive cutting.
- Improved heat dispersion during cutting for longer sharpness.
- Deeper curved notches that provide more effective chip removal.
- Special tooth shape angle with less tendency for binding.
- Teeth are arranged alternately to minimize binding.
- Requires less feed pressure due to aggressive geometry.
The tooth surface of the hole saw is made of high-quality high-speed steel type Matrix II, with 8% cobalt to maintain hardness at high temperatures.
Bi-metal construction with hardened teeth for maximum strength and lifespan.
Ideal for cutting tough and hard materials, such as stainless steel and acid-resistant steels, as well as softer materials like wood.
The base of the hole saw is made from thick steel, minimizing vibrations during use.
Four-pin guide for easy alignment of the shaft.
High-quality manufacturing techniques ensure high rotation accuracy suitable for hand drills and stand drills.
Suitable for drilling:
- Steel up to 1000 N/mm2 hardness.
- Stainless steel and acid-resistant steel.
- Non-ferrous metals.
- Cast iron.
- Aluminum.
