Thus, we equate pasta with something “quick” and easy. Something that doesn’t require special care. Something like second-rate food. A momentary solution. A simple taste, from which no one should have particular demands and expectations... Well, we are all making a huge mistake!

This “despised” quick meal can and must become a wonderful dish that causes... shivers on the palate with an endless variety of flavor combinations. But even the simplest pasta truly requires great skill to rise above the level of “fast” food. I would even dare to say that the simpler the recipe, the more difficult the execution!
