Purchased in early 2020, in a new HIGH END system for video editing, it was only used to run the operating system - Windows 10 PRO, with an ASUS motherboard. From the beginning, I had many random BSODs, boot failures, and a lot of instability. Until one day it threw a BSOD and the disk remained locked and unable to write, while the other one was slow.

The Kingston SSD Manager cannot detect the disk with an enclosure, the system cannot read it anymore, it doesn't even appear in the BIOS. Fortunately, it has very little read/write activity and it is covered by the 5-year warranty.

Unreliable for running the OS on it, unless you want to get into trouble. It was replaced with another reputable brand... and for a year now, it hasn't shown any issues.

At the price of 32 euros that I bought it, it's simply VFM to install your operating system, some programs, and maybe a small game.

Personally, I only needed the 250GB because Windows 10 is bloated and takes forever to load on an HDD. Very satisfied. Boot time is around 10 seconds.

Just be careful, this one doesn't have the same length as the others, make sure your motherboard has extra bases-screws before attempting any modifications to keep it stable

Very satisfied with this purchase, it is as fast as promised and I checked it with CrystalDiskMark for certainty. It loads Windows 10 in 4 seconds, but it has a small compatibility issue (maybe it happened only to me) with Gigabyte's RGB Fusion. Since I installed it, the program takes about 2 minutes to respond, but other than that, it works great. It also comes with a key for the Acronis app, which allows you to clone your Windows and files from the old disk to the M2 (I recommend a clean installation). Considering the price of 35 euros, the speeds it offers, and the 5-year warranty, I believe it is the way to go.

Close to the 40+ price range, this disk has no rival. It reaches the promised speeds and is quite reliable. It is ideal for a first disk in a low-budget gaming system or a desktop PC. In games, it has very short loading times and you won't even notice when the PC boots up. Here is an example from a build where I installed it. From the good cheap ones. It doesn't reach the speeds of Samsung Evo, XPG Adata, etc., but it is very satisfactory for an entry-level NVME SSD in a system like a 700 euro one.

Simply the best value for money! Especially if you consider that the best Samsung ones give 30% more performance for double the price. However, the difference in games is very small. Around 1-2 seconds of load time. Also, I would like to emphasize that for old motherboards there is a huge advantage to buy an ROHS adapter for 5€ for NVMe hard drives and thus boost an old system. The tested adapter can handle up to 2000 read, so any faster Nvme speed would be wasted. In any case, I recommend the 500GB one because after a while you realize that 250GB is actually not enough, as games nowadays have incredible sizes. But if you only need it for the operating system, the solution is found in this one. Bravo to Kingston for once again respecting the consumer without compromising on quality.

For low requirements, whether it's very light games or tasks, it goes turbo! Of course, I bought the one with the 250GB version. It purely depends on the user how useful it will be for them, if they believe it will fill them with games and such, it would be good to get a 500GB (without being stingy) to have their mind at ease over time. As for the Kingston SSD, a little more in detail, it is a very turbo and value for money disk today. As the years go by, I believe it will have absolutely no problem. It boots Windows or Linux faster than a regular SSD (because it is M.2 NVME Kingston A2000) and, of course, faster than an HDD. As for loading games, it loads them relatively quickly! Finally, for downloading things, heavy or light, it writes them at a satisfactory speed! Tremendous SSD and worth its money! ️

For low demands, it's perfect, although personally I have it filled up and I run 2 heavy large games, leaving about 80-100gb of free space, and it runs anything I open with incredible speed. Very good value for money SSD, worth spending a few bucks for a generally economical and value-for-money build.

A very good NVMe drive for its price, with better performance than one would expect in some scenarios. It is also very positive that Kingston offers a 5-year warranty, considering that the drive is a budget model. You won't find anything better for this price, it is the king of this price range.

I have it on a gigabyte B450M DS3H as a main and I store everything there. It opens Windows 10 2004 in 7 seconds and overall everything is very fast.

  • Purchased in early 2020, in a new HIGH END system for video editing, it was only used to run the operating system - Windows 10 PRO, with an ASUS motherboard.

  • I have it for my computer's OS. It has been running for about 1 year and has written approximately 11 TB. After 2 years in my possession, its health has dropped to 91%, which disappointed me a little, but it still hasn't caused me any issues.

  • At the price of 32 euros that I bought it, it's simply VFM to install your operating system, some programs, and maybe a small game.

  • A very good solution for those who are not willing to spend extra for solutions like the 970pro, etc. It does what it promises. Very good for its price.
