The LMesitran Tulle 10cm x 10cm dressing is a sterile non-adhesive synthetic gauze impregnated with an antibacterial ointment with a 40% medical grade honey content. It is an excellent choice for the healing of superficial or medium-depth ulcers. It offers rich oxygenation to the ulcer, aids in healing, and performs natural cleaning due to the honey content. It has strong antimicrobial and antibacterial action even against the most resistant bacteria. It nourishes the ulcer with vitamins, amino acids, and minerals and enhances the neutralization of the ulcer's inflammation. Development and maintenance of a natural antiseptic environment through enzymatic reaction. It neutralizes the odor of infections and does not affect blood glucose levels.

Composition: Medical grade honey 40%, Vitamin C and Vitamin E, Hypoallergenic lanolin, Polyethylene glycols 4000.

Indications: Healing of superficial and medium-depth ulcers, diabetic & venous varicose ulcers, 1st and 2nd-degree burns.

Usage: The dressing is placed on the ulcer and adapts to its contours. The recommended duration of retention is 15 days, with daily change in case of infection.
