This fairy tale was written in 1979 for a series of broadcasts by the Greek section of Swedish radio. The author's goal was to offer an audio experience that would interest immigrant children, written in a hidden language of comics and based on traditional Greek fairy tales, with the ambitious aim of providing through a minority language (and necessarily scorned by the majority language) the pleasure that "our own and the different" (here Greek) can have for children whose language was - and is - a source of shame and discrimination.
