I searched for reviews in Greece and abroad and decided to install heating panels from this specific company due to the positive evaluations. Therefore, several heating panels from this company were installed in my house, specifically 5 in total, and I have formed an opinion, I believe. There were some unexpected issues during unpacking. One of the units was missing the plastic clip that holds the upper cover of the radiator, so I went to the store where I bought them to ask for a replacement. After showing them for a while, they seemed to not believe that it came from the factory without the clip. Eventually, they gave me a clip from a used radiator they had in the exhibition, which was dirty and discolored from the sun. In the other unit, the upper cover with the grilles is loose due to poor factory fastening. Overall, they look nice, but I'm not sure if they are of high quality. Maybe because they have a more affordable price compared to other units of the same type and capabilities. On the positive side, when they were turned on and heated up for the first time, there was no smell of burnt paint, unlike what happened with a radiator from another company that I installed in another room because the representative didn't have all the dimensions ready for delivery. Another positive aspect is the 10-year warranty, as other companies only offer 5 years. I haven't noticed any imperfections in the paint colors. For the large unit that I installed in the living room, the company only sent me 2 brackets, while it actually needs 3 due to its length.
Be careful with the external loop units, as you will need to install switches with an external return pipe, which costs around 30 euros per set. Therefore, include this cost in the price of each unit. In conclusion, it is a cheap and decent solution with some compromises in terms of quality.
