Super B - Complex Dietary Supplement (60 caps) iGennus

The folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 in Super B-Complex are in their most active forms and have been scientifically proven to maintain homocysteine at normal levels when administered in doses.

Elevated homocysteine is a risk factor for heart disease and disrupts neurotransmitter function, affecting brain function and mood.

This review is about the packaging: 180 Tablets

one of the best B vitamins.
Check it out, look into it and you’ll see.

For example, let’s talk about B6 (pyridoxal): *pyrodoxine HCL* (HydroChLoride) that a well-known brand has is different from *pyrodoxal phosphate* which is what’s here.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6 hcl) causes symptoms of B6 DEFICIENCY. That is, try the well-known brown-colored brand (which also contains magnesium) for a couple of months and feel the tingling in your toes (one of the symptoms of B6 deficiency).
Meanwhile, this well-known brand with B6 (hcl as we said) and magnesium together (it sells, because B6 helps magnesium absorption, but what kind of magnesium!) contains Magnesium OXIDE. It’s the worst-absorbed magnesium, about 6%!
(There are many types of magnesium, prefer [bis/]glycinate, 80% absorption)

Then, let’s look at B12, or cobalamin. Here it has the (more expensive because it’s better) methylcobalamin. And NOT cyanocobalamin which is the CHEAP version and is in most B12 supplements.
Look into it! With those, you’re making your liver filter (a very small amount, of course) cyanide. Which in large amounts is not good.

Also, another IMPORTANT thing: B9! Or FOLATE. You know it as "Folic Acid". Even here it’s called Folic Acid so people see it and say oh great it has that too. But in parentheses you’ll see that here it has MethylFOLATE (folate, not folic acid). That is, it has folate, the natural/"activated" B9 and not the cheap/synthetic one.

After so many years I finally found a proper B supplement. Only this one from now on. Only this.

Do your research... See the differences...
