This book contains collected texts that comment on aspects of daily life as I have experienced it over the past 8 years. Most of these are from 'Nea' and some from 'Vima' of Sunday.
Madness, death, love, destruction, irony, farce, devastation, allure, the misery of each day as captured in my gaze form the cohesive fabric that permeates the scattered content of the pages.
Subjective, fragmented, perhaps contradictory and unnecessary texts - just like the very daily life that inspired them - aim to negate the ghost of an image. An abandoned newspaper from yesterday left on the street, prey to mud, garbage, and the indifference of passersby. Insignificant food for nonexistence.
I wanted to salvage my texts from such an image, knowing, however, the paradox of writing. “To write so that This remains. And as soon as I write This, it disappears.” [Excerpt from the introductory text]
