What would the world be like if God were female? Most likely, a paradise where Adam would emerge from Eve's rib, women would hold the power, and men would primarily focus on their beauty. In short, a world turned upside down!
Here is how a hypothesis turned into a humorous novel featuring Harry, a handsome and somewhat naive boy who escaped one night from Ierapetra because he didn't want to marry the agronomist his mother had arranged for him. His dream was to become an independent working boy in Athens, where everything is allowed.
However, will he be able to survive in this dangerous city? Will he be able to find himself in a society where young men are usually objects of desire - or at best, good husbands and tender fathers? Will he resist the temptation of a romance with Maya, his charming but very married boss, or will he succumb and find himself caught up in a humiliating tale of publishing rivalries, betrayal, and sexual exploitation?
But other questions arise as well: Since it started as a blue novel, why does it deal so much with pink? Since it was supposed to be a comedy, why is it filled with foreseen dramas? Since it clearly wishes to comment on what it means to be a man or a woman in the early 21st century, why on earth does it have a happy ending?
