The device is very good, it is the same as the 6811 because I have had it for many years, my device broke and I bought the 6811 package and it fit perfectly with the old base of the 6821. Not only did it fit, but it also took all the contacts from the base and I didn't have to make any changes. What you need to do is press the menu button, then the dash, and then 130. Press the button that detects when the phone is lost to find it, hold it down and it will search for the device. After a few seconds, it will ask you for the base code. The code for the Panasonic base, if you haven't changed it, is four zeros. And that's it, it's ready. If it comes in a different language, usually Italian or German, press the menu button, then the dash, and then 110. It will take you to the menu with the languages, select Greek and press okay, and it's ready. These settings are for all Panasonic cordless phones. I have been using it for years and after the damage my device had, I went back to the same one. Don't go for the 6851, it's newer but it has very weak sound, both in regular conversation and in speakerphone mode. It has half the volume of the 6811 and 6821
