The device is very good, it is the same as the 6811 because I have had it for many years, my device broke and I bought the 6811 package and it fit perfectly with the old base of the 6821. Not only did it fit, but it also took all the contacts from the base and I didn't have to make any changes. What you need to do is press the menu button, then the dash, and then 130. Press the button that detects when the phone is lost to find it, hold it down and it will search for the device. After a few seconds, it will ask you for the base code. The code for the Panasonic base, if you haven't changed it, is four zeros. And that's it, it's ready. If it comes in a different language, usually Italian or German, press the menu button, then the dash, and then 110. It will take you to the menu with the languages, select Greek and press okay, and it's ready. These settings are for all Panasonic cordless phones. I have been using it for years and after the damage my device had, I went back to the same one. Don't go for the 6851, it's newer but it has very weak sound, both in regular conversation and in speakerphone mode. It has half the volume of the 6811 and 6821
In most questions, I answered that I have no opinion because I bought a cordless phone with an answering machine, and I was not informed that there is no user manual in Greek, and you have probably forgotten that you sell in Greece. So it only works for calls. I do not know how to handle the menu or the answering machine; I paid extra money for things I do not know how to operate, I would have bought a simple phone for very little money. Instead, I paid much more for nothing... And the two stars I gave are too many and refer to the "Yes" answers I provided.
Very good device, I have been using it at home for a while now. It is very easy to use, with large, clearly visible buttons, ideal for people who do not see or read very well. The built-in answering machine has clear sound and works perfectly, so you don't miss calls when you are away.
Good but why don't they mention that only the menu changes to Greek and that the voicemail is only in German?
Instead of the mocca brown that I bought, it came in black gray. It works fine, no issues with the language, even though the instructions inside are in German, I searched on the internet and found them in Greek.
Very high-quality phone with the unique advantage of voice instructions for operating the answering machine, which are in German.
The Greek menu is bad. The voicemail is in German and DOES NOT change according to the dealership. The speaker is on the back side, resulting in poor sound quality during hands-free listening.
The highest quality in terms of landline telephony has been introduced into the house. Solid, very good sound quality and easy menu.

For his money, it's the best choice!
Luckily, I know German and understand the answering machine that speaks German, which of course makes it difficult for those who call me.... :)
