Let my belly have plenty of room, I never eat excessively! I avoid double portions and count the calories! When I feel the tickling of my big molars and feel like doing crazy things, I don’t eat any butts or sardines, nor bream and sea bass, when I get a craving! Either one or the other, the smaller one! Never the bigger one! When I like to be a castaway, from a ship or a yacht, I don’t gulp down Peter and John right away! Either John or Peter! So I eat with moderation! A gluttonous whale swallows all the waves, all the drops, all the sailors, all the mermaids, all the lighthouses, swordfish, seeds, octopuses and starfish of the sea! And if that were the only thing... While it shouldn't, it continues to swallow unabashed, until it leaves not even a piece of seaweed or scale, and remains all alone and unprotected in the middle of a vast desolation. Then it realizes its mistake and the cost of its gluttony, when it sees the relentless whalers approaching threateningly with their sharpened harpoons pointed at it. An allegorical tale about the irrational exploitation of marine wealth and the protection of nature.
